Summer’s arrival sometimes brings about a sense of dread for me. During the summer, it is very humid in my home state. Dressing for this weather can sometimes be difficult. When it gets warmer, I have a hard time finding clothing that will help me stay cool.
But I learned a few tricks on how to stay cool. The main trick is to find breathable fabrics.
I compiled a list of a few fabrics great for keeping you cool. All the fabrics featured are easy to find in stores and they are affordable.

Keep in mind that 100 % cotton does soak up a lot of moisture and it easily becomes stained. If you sweat a lot opt for cotton blended fabric instead. If you choose 100% fabric you can wear darker colors if you are afraid of having stains.
