Have you ever had a hard time figuring out what items to put in your bag for your trip to the beach? I mean there are so many things you may need to take, besides your bathing suit, sandals, and . But you don't want to pack too much. Well, I have come up with essential items you should have at the beach. Things that will protect your skin, and keep you cool, and comfortable.
Even if you not going to the beach there are still some essentials to have on hand for your summer travel. Whether you go to the beach or the mountains, you will need these things. All of these items are things you have on hand if plan on spending time outside.

Make sure the sunscreen protects you from both UVA and UVB. Check the label to see if it offers broad-spectrum protection. Since you are at the beach use a waterproof sunscreen. Which over one you pick, make sure to reapply every 2 hours.
